For years, the sidewalk ministers outside of the Greenville Women's Clinic have been peacefully assembling and providing resources and assistance to mothers. The videos and pictures below give a little insight into what has taken place since the pro-abortion protestors (aka Clinic Escorts and Clinic Defenders) have come out starting in Fall 2019 and ramping up to full-time in the 1st half of 2021. Pro-life ministers are assaulted and harassed, prayer gatherings are disturbed, rights to free speech are blocked, the area has been deliberately trashed with rotting food, broken glass and barbed wire by the pro-abortion protestors, profanity and vulgarity are displayed and broadcasted over loud-speakers, etc.

Self-titled "Clinic Defenders" or "Clinic Escorts" harass and mock an elderly woman, even admitting that they were doing so in the video.

This went on for hours.

Clearly the goal of the Clinic Defenders and the Furman University Democratic Socialists is to entirely get rid of the pro-life presence and the Gospel message.
